This imprint applies to Utopia Club and the Utopia app, operated under FUA Collective Ltd in accordance with the Companies Act 2006.

Utopia Club — including the iOS mobile application — is a product of FUA Collective Ltd. All legal obligations, contractual relationships, and data processing activities related to Utopia Club are the responsibility of FUA Collective Ltd.

Information We Collect

When you sign up for Utopia Club, we collect your name, email address, company information, and professional details you provide during onboarding. We also collect usage data such as pod attendance, session participation, and feature usage to improve the community experience.

Information collected may include, without limitation: your full name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, company name and website, role and title, industry vertical, revenue metrics, funding stage, and any other information you provide during the application or onboarding process.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Utopia Club community platform
• Match you with relevant pods and founder sessions
• Send you notifications about sessions, community updates, and relevant content
• Improve our AI-powered features (e.g., pod matching, Jüno relationship engine)
• Communicate important service updates
• Facilitate introductions and partnerships between members based on stage, intent, and timing

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Calendar OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed to other users or admin interfaces.

We endeavour to safeguard and protect our users' personal information. Access to your personal information is strictly limited. While we take every reasonable precaution available to protect your data, no storage facility, technology, or data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Any transmission of data is done at your own risk.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with services necessary to operate the platform:

• Supabase (database and authentication)
• Vercel (web hosting)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Anthropic (AI features, anonymised where applicable)

Third-Party Services

The Utopia app integrates third-party services including Anthropic's Claude API, Google Meet, LinkedIn OpenID Connect, and Supabase. FUA Collective Ltd is not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

The content and functionality within Utopia Club are provided on the basis that FUA Collective Ltd is not providing professional legal, financial, or regulatory advice. All content is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. FUA Collective Ltd accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Utopia app or reliance on its content.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, though certain features of the platform may be impaired if cookies are disabled.

Your Rights

At your request, we will: (a) inform you of what personal information we have on file, in a machine-readable format; (b) amend the personal information we hold; and/or (c) completely remove personal information from our servers.

You can update or delete your profile and settings at any time through the app. You can opt out of non-essential notifications in your settings. To make a data request, email us at team@utopia-club.com. Please be advised that after deletion, residual copies may take a period of time before they are removed from our active servers and backup systems.

Minors

Visitors under eighteen (18) years of age are not permitted to use and/or submit their personal information on the platform. Utopia Club does not knowingly solicit or collect information from visitors under eighteen (18) years of age.

Changes to This Policy

FUA Collective Ltd reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on utopia-club.com. If the manner in which we use personal information changes, we will notify users via email and/or by notice on the site.
