# Utopia Club

> A private decision network for software founders building in — or expanding
> into — the US market. Founders are matched into small pods of 2–4 peers
> around one live growth decision.

## What it is

Utopia runs private decision pods: rooms of two to four software founders,
matched by industry, company stage, market context, and the specific decision
on the table. Each pod centers on one live decision. Membership is by
application. Pods are currently matched and facilitated by hand.

## Who it is for

Founders, cofounders and CEOs of software companies with a live product and
real customer or market traction — bootstrapped, Seed, Series A or comparable
— who are building in, selling into, or scaling in the US market and are
working through a specific growth decision.

Common decisions: customer acquisition, GTM channel strategy, partnerships,
pricing and packaging, hiring, fundraising, US-market expansion.

## What it is not

Not generic founder advice, passive networking, a large social community, a
lead-generation channel, or one-way consulting. Introductions are made only
when there is a clear fit and both sides are open to connecting; they are not
guaranteed.

## The Utopia Fellowship

An elected designation for founders and operators with demonstrated
achievement in building, scaling or supporting software companies. Candidates
apply or are nominated, are assessed against published criteria, and are
elected by a three-person admissions panel. No fee to apply or be considered;
annual dues follow election and do not influence it.

## Pricing

Membership is by application. Accepted founders receive membership terms and
pricing by email. No pricing is published on the site.
